A warm, cohesive, budget-conscious update to a discordant master bathroom. Rather than an expensive replacement of existing materials, I chose a color palette that enhances the existing tile and countertop. Updated light fixtures and cohesive accessories create a harmonious, vibrant, spa-like space. Custom adjustable cellular shades provide flexible privacy options and soften ...More

We mounted LED track under all the cabinets for even task work, and hung retro-modern globe lights for stylish lighting in the kitchen area. To define the dining space as a separate area, a groovy mid-century modern light was ...More

To define the dining space as a separate area, a groovy mid-century modern light was chosen. This light, airy fixture was designed in a different era from the furnishings, but proves it's a modern classic by it seeming so natural in the space. Shannon DeCelle Photography

Brassy gold fixtures seem gaudy against the wall color, and don't even get me started on how wrong the window treatment color is as an accent color for this room. To transform the space, I removed the gravest offender...More

These farmhouse lights are a bit too small in scale for the space they inhabit. Viewable from an upstairs balcony, their downcast light proves downright grim a night. The homeowner wanted to highlight the soaring ceilings, so we changed out these fixtures for something with a lot more style and functionality (see after photos).
