Custom Family Home

It was an absolute pleasure to help this family of five customize their forever home. From the very beginning I was involved in designing to achieve the optimal flow, size, and function of the floor plan. I attended regular onsite meetings with the talented tradespeople to offer input on the hundreds of decisions that needed to be made in a timely fashion. Materials, finishes, and fixtures were specified and finishing touches were planned all during this 12 month process. The result is a 6,000+ square foot custom house that my clients are thrilled to call home.

Hale Navy by Benjamin Moore was used to create this custom siding color. The architecture is reflective of the client's mix of traditional and coastal taste.

A view of the foyer. This hickory floor was selected for the character it offers. The juxtaposition of the cleaner and crisper finishes provides a lot of interest.

The glass vessel sink was the starting point of this design. A custom paint color was selected to repeat the main color. Funky bubble-like sconces were added.
