Living room creating a focal point

This living room did not have a focal point like a fireplace or built-in shelving. The feature wall was where I placed the console table and chair instead of placing the sofa for a more interesting presentation. (open the front door and the feature wall is what you saw first.)

Living room looking at the front door

I floated the sofa away from the wall...one could actually walk behind it allowing a pathway from the back two bedrooms and the kitchen.

Living room large enough for an office desk

This model home did not have a family room or basement so it was important to show potential buyers that the living room was large enough for multiple uses.

I generally do not put a dresser in the master bedroom but do like to accent windows with a sitting area.

Small bedroom

This was the smallest of the bedrooms and vacant rooms always read smaller than they are. It was important to stage this room so buyers could see that it was large enough for a full bed, nightstand and dresser.
