New build - model house

From time to time, I have been asked to purchase furniture for various builders to stage their model homes. This is a tricky situation, in that, I have to purchase furnishings that are chameleon like...have to move from model to model needing to fit different floor plans and interior colors.

This particular home is the third model I have staged for S.J. Anderson Co. using the same furniture I purchased for them a three of years ago.
Project Year: 2016
Project Cost: Less than $1,000
Country: United States
Zip Code: 40291
