Penthouse Addition

This townhouse was built around 1890, and was a hotel at the time. It was converted into mixed use building; store at street level and a luxurious triplex apartment on the top. A roof penthouse and garden were added to it.

The client instructed us to let in air and light by opening up the rooms and stairwell.

We were the Project Managers for FZAD for gut renovation of this townhouse.

The interior design of the project was handled by the client. The interior photos are courtesy of Streeteasy.
