Colonial Farmhouse

This new colonial farmhouse takes its cues from the rural farmstead homes of Pennsylvania built in the 18th and 19th centuries, coupled with an interior based on modern day living. The “main body”, clad in shingles, houses the main living spaces, while a separate carriage house is connected by a series of clapboard sided “additions”. The interiors are formally arranged, yet very open to one another. Classically styled millwork details blend harmoniously with a fresh approach to interior finishes, combining industrial, modern, and historically traditional appointments.
