Newport Beach Ranch House

An extensive remodel over many years transformed this dated, one-story, mid-century ranch house to a contemporary-eclectic home. It is sited in the back bay area of Newport Beach and has many charming features. Those include a formal living room and dining room as well as a charming family room off the kitchen with an intimate informal dining area. The home has a very eclectic feel with some very tradiional furnishings-- including a vintage Steinway grand piano, and wing chairs--- sharing space with a contemporary kitchen, fireplace and abstract artwork.
