Historic Rental Renovation on a Budget

This historic rental was in serious need of some TLC but the owner was on a strict budget. Laminate floors and some savvy internet shopping (vintage light fixtures from eBay, appliances/kitchen sink from Craigslist, and accessories from Ikea) helped create a fun, funky space that makes the home much more liveable.
