Coastal Cottage Before/After

Existing home was raised to meet new flood elevation requirements.
Additions and alterations were made to maximize views from Kitchen and Master Bedroom. New landscaping and stone walls were designed to create a comfortable transition from the existing street level to the new higher floor elevation.
