We all bring certain expertise to the journey when building a family home. The client has the concept, the architect draws the concept and we create it. With clear communication everything can be implemented.

Our Client Care team is managed by Toria and she joined the Progressive Design team after we remodelled her family home. 

"Having been a client of Progressive Design I have first hand experience in the home remodelling journey and I thoroughly enjoyed working alongside them. Their care for clients needs and attention to detail at every step of the way was what encouraged me to want to be part of it. 

I will be with you from the initial contract signing to months after you have moved back in. My time is tailored to your needs. I can give you time to walk through your home and learn how you plan to live in it at the design stage and I help keep you on track for what, when and where you have to make certain decisions.

The Design and Build Process

  • Initial contact with Progressive Design will be a telephone consultation with one of our team. This will help us to guide you into the correct direction depending on what stage you are at.
  • Once the architects drawings are completed and structural drawings received by us we can provide a detailed estimate for your project, You will then agree a date for a face to face consultation to discuss your project in more detail.
  • You will be provided with a detailed estimate for your project and potential start dates.
  • Upon acceptance of our estimate the commencement date is agreed and build contract signed.
  • Preliminaries begin.
  • Introduction to your project team and our client care team who will guide you throughout the project. You will have a direct mobile number and email for contact. They will assist with ensuring your decisions are made at the right times, help resource speciality products, answer any questions you may have and ensure key deadlines are met.
  • 2 weekly meetings with Marius the Managing Director.
  • Handover of care package.
  • Official handover.
  • Maintenance package agreed (Optional extra).
  • Practical completion - Clients can move into the home.
  • Official completion - Building control certificate provided.
  • Urgent snagging (Takes place in first 4 weeks after practical completion).
  • 6 months snagging.
  • 1 year meet with clients and final snagging agreed.
