Referrer Terms

In order to participate in the Houzz Pro referral program as a referrer, you must (i) be a subscriber of paid Houzz Pro plan and (ii) obtain the consent of the home professional being referred (“referee”) to receive marketing emails and calls from Houzz. For each valid referral, your reward is a Houzz Pro credit worth  10% of the total license value of the referred customer applicable towards your Houzz Pro plan. Credit will be available in your Houzz Pro account 90 days after the day that the referred customer becomes a paid user, as long as they remained a paid user during those 90 days. In order for a referral to be valid, (a) the referee must use your unique Houzz Pro referral link or code when they sign up for their paid Houzz Pro plan, (b) the referee account must be for a different company than yours, (c) the referee must be a first-time purchaser of a Houzz Pro plan, (d) the referee must pay for at least 1 month of the Houzz Pro plan, and, (e) the referred professional or customer must not have been previously acquired, contacted, or engaged by you, the referring party, or through any other Houzz lead source prior to the date of the referral submission. Houzz in its sole discretion will determine whether a referral is valid. Credits are non-transferable, not redeemable for cash, and not valid where prohibited. Credits become invalid immediately upon the termination of your Houzz Pro plan. Each Houzz Pro plan subscriber may only earn up to $10,000 (CAD 12,500) in total credits (USD 500/CAD 625 per successful referral or 20 successful referrals per lifetime, whichever comes first). Houzz reserves the right to cancel or rescind any credits if it determines that an involved party has obtained a refund for their Houzz Pro plan or violated these terms, the Houzz Pro Terms and Conditions or the Houzz Terms of Use, including through any fraudulent, improper or misleading referral activity, abuse, misuse, harassment, or other inappropriate or suspicious activity. Recipient Terms

In order to participate in the Houzz Pro referral program as a recipient being referred (”referee”), you must (a) agree to receive marketing emails and calls from Houzz, (b) use your referrer’s unique Houzz Pro referral link or code to purchase a Houzz Pro plan, (c) be a first-time purchaser of a Houzz Pro plan, and (d) subscribe a Houzz Pro Plan (not including mobile flex plan) , Valid recipients will receive a credit during the first 12 months of the referred customer’s billing cycle. (a) if paid monthly applied in monthly payment (b) if paid yearly applied on the day of the purchase. Houzz in its sole discretion will determine whether a referral is valid. Discounts are non-transferable, not redeemable for cash, and not valid where prohibited. Discounts become invalid immediately upon the termination of your Houzz Pro plan.
