How Do I See and Answer User Questions?

Members of the Houzz community may reach out to you about your professional portfolio. We suggest answering photo questions to the best of your ability, as a positive response reflects well on both you and your business. All responses will remain on your profile, so prospective clients can observe how you conduct yourself professionally. This is a great opportunity to show off your expertise and make positive connections with the Houzz community.

If a user asks a question about one of your photos, you will receive an email notification, as long as you have elected to receive emails about these inquiries. You can go to your Advanced Settings page to update your email preferences.

You can also go to your Questions tab on your Houzz profile by clicking Edit Profile and Settings under the Your Houzz menu in the top right.
