How to Reach Houzz Pro Customer Service

The Houzz Pro client services team is committed to your success — here are all the ways to reach us

Our mission at Houzz Pro is to empower our community to succeed. We want you to get the most out of your experience using our platform. That’s why you can connect with our Customer Support and Sales teams in multiple ways.

How to contact Customer Service if you have a paid Houzz Pro account (Starter, Essential or Ultimate):

1. Chat with us online

Click the Contact Support tab at the lower-right corner of your Houzz Pro dashboard.

Type in your questions or concerns for a quick answer. The chat support will direct you first to any relevant Help Center articles, and then to a live support agent if necessary during business hours — 6 a.m. to 5 p.m. PST Monday through Friday. Outside of these hours, you’ll be directed to begin a support case that will be addressed during business hours.

2. Submit a request online

Whether you’d like to receive app support, inquire about a purchase you made or make a privacy request, you can reach us easily by filling out this form. Select your country and type of request, and follow the additional instructions. You may need to provide a description, type in an order number or attach a screenshot of the problem you’re experiencing. The more information you provide, the quicker our team will be able to respond and solve the issue.

3. Call the Support team

Sometimes it’s easier to explain an issue over the phone. If your inquiry is complex or you just prefer speaking with a real person, members with an Essential plan can call our Support team through your Houzz Pro profile. Just click the Help button at the top-right corner of your profile page.

Click on the Call option to reach a member of our Support team who can assist you over the phone. 

Members with an Ultimate plan can call their dedicated Client Success Manager anytime. You’ll find this person’s contact information in your Houzz Pro profile. Your Client Success Manager can help you with your customer relationship management (CRM) and leads, but you can also ask about any Houzz-related topic you need help with.

4. Submit a support inquiry

If you’re using the “Submit a Request” form and it doesn’t have the option you’re looking for, click the same Help button at the top-right corner of your profile page and then click “Submit a support inquiry” (see image above). This is different from submitting a request, as you’ll be able to fill out the blank form with any topic and description. Click Submit, and a Support team member will contact you within 24 business hours.

5. Houzz Pro Customer Support Live Office Hours (Video Sessions)

These live video sessions are All About You! Tune in, learn a lot and ask away! Hop into our office hours to tell us all about your challenges and needs, get your questions answered by our experts and be the first to hear about our latest and greatest Houzz Pro features updates.

    I need help with our account. I started to fill ot info on your pro site yesterday and somehow it produced a new page..which I deleted....now I cant seem to get into our page....can you help?
