Valance is mounted on a top board. Shimmering khaki fabric with a black contrast banding, pleats and buttons was just what this kitchen needed. The existing granite counter top blended nicely with these colors. Mounted underneath the top treatment on this patio door was a Hunter Douglas Duette Vertiglide, a great solution for sliding patio doors!

This post-war, plain bungalow was transformed into a charming cottage with this new exterior detail, which includes a new roof, red shutters, energy-efficient windows, and a beautiful new front porch that matched the roof line. To keep the windows as open as possible, the custom draperies were elegantly pulled back using the Italian stringing method. Thoughtful luxury window treatment details add depth and refinement: rust silk cornices are pleated for rich texture, while the coordinating color is repeated in the button detailing and top-edge piping on the pleated beige linen drapery panels.
