Electrical labor to install Wallbox charger for Tesla EV. Ran copper wire from panel to desired charger location. Relocated location of breaker box to be positioned higher than existing meter stands to allow for future expansion by other owners. Utilized a single breaker box that can support four (4) separate circuits rated at 50A each. The sub-panel will have the provisions for those breakers. Run conduit lines in parallel and as close as possible to to existing conduits.

Inspiration for a coastal exterior home remodel in Santa Barbara

This client wanted to experience Santa Fe in Sierra Madre. Challenges were the steep hillside lot, great views, fire concerns and narrow car access. We created a rustic home with a low profile, lush surroundings and an air of quiet tranquility. This rustic southwestern house uses reclaimed vegas and logs for the structural system and asphalt emulsion mud adobe walls for the finish. The house is like an adobe village separated into four structures connected by verandas, courtyards and log bridges.
