Inspiration for a small modern master light wood floor bedroom remodel in New York with white walls and no fireplace

Full renovation for this Primary Bathroom. Re-worked the floor plan to create a larger walk-in shower space with custom glass enclosure. Designed a custom wooden vanity with plenty of storage, with a subtly veined quartz countertop. Free standing bathtub is surrounded by a half wall of paneling, painted in a light and bright color scheme. Neutral tile installed on bathroom floor and shower walls, with a coordinating penny tile on the shower floor and niches. Textured bamboo roman shades and floating shelves were installed for contrast and mixed and matched black and gold hardware for detail.

Custom wrought iron railing separates the loft space that started out as a full floor. The center support and steel silo staircase allowed us to remove all of the support beams underneath and repurpose them as a longboard skateboard rack.

Mastering prevalent and pivotal mid-century style, the Clarke bedroom collection brilliantly represents why we love a good reboot. Made in California by third-generation craftsmen, this solid wood set unveils the natural beauty of locally harvested Pacific Coast Maple. Pure forms stay true to the pioneering movement’s core values of quality, simplicity and function, while bright accents bring vibrant energy to this space.

This hilltop custom craftsman-single style home was created for a private family by Jordan Rosenberg Architects & Associates. Articulated detailwork can be seen in the recessed box-panels, subtle roof flares, window grill design, and carefully selected exterior finishes and colors. The overall composition is reminiscent of a Hampton style home with a strong sense of symmetry at the central core of the house while allowing the architecture to meander into its own unique style with the octogonal piano room at the right, and the drive-through port-cochere at the left to conceal the three car garage out of view from the front.

With connections to a local artist who handcrafted and welded the steel doors to the built-in liquor cabinet, our clients were ecstatic with the results.
