Cannabliss is an homage to herbal remedies via a classic looking damask that only upon further inspection reveals itself to be marijuana. Classy yet definitely sassy. Available as a scratch and sniff that was in development for many years, we have nailed a very pleasant yet dank scent that is made from true flowering hemp terpenes to ensure we’re keeping it real. CBD for your eyes and ol factory. Dope.

A West Bloomfield, MI couple had concerns about mold in their attic. After conducting a Comprehensive Home Energy Audit, one of our energy auditors did indeed find mold and put a plan in place to remedy the situation. Not only was our team able to stop the moisture at the source, but they went one step further by properly ventilating the area with baffles. Has this left you wondering what a baffle is? Check out our "Don't Be Baffled by Baffles" blog to help clear things up! The homeowners greatly appreciated that we incorporated precautionary measures as part of the process because it drastically improved the safety of their home.
ECOTELLIGENT HOMES’ UNIQUE SOLUTION: INSULATION AND AIR SEALING WITH BAFFLES
In a nutshell, the perimeter of the attic is an extremely important detail of improving home efficiency that often gets overlooked by other energy auditors. Generally, an attic is a tight space that requires both insulating and air sealing- which is not always easy to achieve. Ecotelligent Homes is proud to say that we have developed a unique and industry-leading solution to control ventilation in the attic with baffles.

This is an organic Lime Wash done with a true lime wash product as opposed to a brick mortar or concrete that is often seen on new houses. This product can be applied as a solid coating making the surface completely white, or can be applied and "washed off" in many artistic ways, as seen here. If you hate your brick or just want something unique this is a great option!

Hill Creek is a sophisticated Southern Estate property located on a quiet cove of Lake Tyler. We were commissioned to develop design solutions that would maximize usable space while considering challenging topography. Early in the project, we worked closely with the builder to set the finished floor elevation of the house and remedy drainage problems throughout the construction process. The primary concern for the client early on was how to deal with the transitional zones above and below the house. We had a 40’ grade differential from the front of the house to the lake and we needed to minimize the impact step transitions and retaining walls would have on the aesthetic. The final product was the successful result of an intense collaborative process that often felt more like a game of tug-o-war. Once the front Parking Court retaining walls were laid out and built, We could move on to designing the back pool terrace and tackle the second grade transition from the lakeside Pool deck to the water. There are so many small details that can get overlooked or lost on a project of this scope. The overall charm and beauty achieved here is testimony to the value of positive and often relentless collaboration between Owner, Landscape Architect, Builder and Architect.

When a repeat client contacted us about stucco remediation on their home, we were happy to help! We dramatically transformed the exterior of this 5,000 sq. ft. home by using a combination of stone and HardiePlank siding. The cupola was a unique and fun project. As a tribute to where our clients first met, we matched the design of the cupola to that of Bucknell University’s Library.
