27 story skyscraper built in the heart of the vibrant and bustling city of Warsaw. The Hilton is known throughout the world for offering the highest level of services for the corporate client as well as those seeking a vacation. They have built their reputation on quality. We were asked to become part of this project and to help create a superior room experience. The rooms include three-layered window treatments situated behind custom upholstered valances and complementary bed runners paired with decorative pillows in each and every suite. The conference rooms and grand halls were treated with unique motorized systems and hi-tech fabrics with acoustic and thermal abilities. Photos by Hilton Warsaw

Chicago’s Fulton Market District, where major corporate headquarters rub shoulders with high-end restaurants, breweries and bodegas, has been white-hot in recent years. Sitting just west of Downtown and formerly home to cold-storage warehouses which supplied the Chicago hospitality and institutional food services industries, the area has transformed in recent years into a culinary creative hothouse and go-to hub of tech services.
Our clients’ home atop the recently completed Hayden enjoys wide-open views of Downtown, south and north sides of the city. Our design intent was of course to preserve the views (our only concession a magnificent Tuuci umbrella), while creating a fully functioning living and entertaining space for our youthful clients. Plantings of many types grace and soften the terrace, providing seasonal and year-round interest.
Dining and drinking naturally revolve around the custom bar/grill buildout we installed. Wet bar, fridge and Kalamazoo grill are ready at a moment’s notice when the owners decide a last-minute cocktail party on a summer’s evening might be fun (even if it’s a “school night).” After-dinner lounging takes place on the sectionals surrounding an over-sized, custom fire feature. An early breakfast or midday lunch takes place under the umbrella (with heating elements to take off any chill), and at night the Fulton Market District and Downtown Chicago come alive with light.

The best interior designers & architects in NYC!
Residential interior design, Common area design, Hospitality design, Exterior design, Commercial design - any interior or architectural design basically from a unique design team :)
Our goal is to provide clients in Manhattan, New York, New Jersey & beyond with outstanding architectural & interior design services and installation management through a unique approach and unparalleled work quality.
Our mission is to create Dream Homes that change people's lives!
Working with us is a simple two step process - Design & Installation. The core is that all our design ideas (interior design of an apartment, restaurant, hotel design or architectural design of a building) are presented through exceptionally realistic images, delivering the exact look of your future interior/exterior, before you commit to investing. The Installation then abides to the paradigm of 'What I See Is What I Get', replicating the approved design. All together it gives you full control and eliminates the risk of having an unsatisfactory end product - no other interior designer or architect can offer.
Our team's passion, talent & professionalism brings you the best possible result, while our client-oriented philosophy & determination to make the process easy & convenient, saves you great deal of time and concern.
In short, this is Design as it Should be...
