We were asked to help transform a cluttered, half-finished common area to an organized, multi-functional homework/play/lounge space for this family of six. They were so pleased with the desk setup for the kids, that we created a similar workspace for their office. In the midst of designing these living areas, they had a leak in their kitchen, so we jumped at the opportunity to give them a brand new one. This project was a true collaboration between owner and designer, as it was done completely remotely.

Stay ahead of changing weather conditions with the touch of a button. With a touch of the remote button, louvers can be repositioned for the exact amount of protection or ventilation desired. The solar-powered lithium battery pack eliminates the environmental impact and expense since no additional energy is required.

This project was for a house located in the Capital Hill neighborhood of Seattle. The homeowner was interested in building a new addition to house a large kitchen, convert the old kitchen to an office space, add a 'smart car' garage and rebuild the front porch. Graber motorized wood blinds installed by A Shade Above for a client in the Triple Crown community in Union, Ky. The client chose motorized blinds due to the difficulty of getting behind the couch to open and close. The blinds feature a somfy motor and are powered by lithium batteries. Blinds can be controlled individually or simultaneously with the remote control.
