Over the years we have developed relationships with many clients but none like this one. Our client, Charlotte, had us collaborate with her on many aspects of her loft space. We started out small with custom bedding and drapery in the bedroom. Soon after that, the project grew to include furniture and textiles in the remaining rooms. We also designed her kitchen with Vesta Chicago as well as her two bathrooms. A window seat was fitted with a luxurious down cushion and pillows, including a very special one with a love bird motif. She wanted the romantic feeling of an old hotel in Paris. A blend of materials, new and reclaimed, were combined to create this wonderful environment.

The Other Master Bedroom, with romantic colors that pump up the Relationship area (Southwest). She has an extensive art collection, and we let that be the star of the show.
We Feng Shui'ed this home and developed a staging plan which implemented all the Feng Shui fixes through the use of design. Our staging partner, No. 1 Staging, helped us realize our vision by staging the home to highlight the best of the homeowner's furnishings. The end result? Zen, and beautiful.

We brought in two matching lamps from the living room, added in artwork that felt luxe and romantic to the homeowner (single female looking to call in a relationship), and added in two pillows. The artwork above the bed was securely placed (super important! artwork that isn't hung correctly or safely can lead to feeling unsafe and ultimately in not so great sleep).

A lovely pink and orange bedroom adds a little zing to the second floor! This bedroom is in the Relationship area, Feng Shui-wise. Hence the romantic scheme.
A modern spin on a beautiful home in Pleasanton, California. We Feng Shui'ed the space, and performed a sage cleansing and blessing. Then we designed a staging game plan, which we implemented with our staging partner, No. 1 Staging of Santa Clara.
