The tile for the 18-by-24-inch rectangle mosaic came from Great Britain Tile Co. and included a Dianno Reale tumbled border and background. The bronze, diamond-shaped insets are tumbled Dark Emperdor tile and the scrolls are tumbled Noce tile. The client, who admits they have high standards, was more than pleased with the project – especially browsing through Outdoor Homescapes’ vast library of patio kitchen design ideas, the 3D virtual video tour that let them preview the project from every angle before construction. They also liked the personalized design consultation. "OH provides a very neat service where one of their designers will either shop/buy for you or shop with you for the more detailed pieces that will finish your home," reads the client's review on Houzz. "This was a very positive, personalized feature ... Lisha helped narrow down an enormous marketplace of materials and finishes to a few we could choose from."

Dual built-in wall units. The left side has base cabinets for general storage, triangular shelves on the end for knick knacks, and fully adjustable bookshelves above. The right side has fully adjustable shelves for the clients vast DVD collection. A red oak rolling library ladder gives the client full access to the entire height of each unit.

As you walk through the front doors of this Modern Day French Chateau, you are immediately greeted with fresh and airy spaces with vast hallways, tall ceilings, and windows. Specialty moldings and trim, along with the curated selections of luxury fabrics and custom furnishings, drapery, and beddings, create the perfect mixture of French elegance.

Inspiration for an industrial family room library remodel in Other with red walls

Situated on a three-acre Intracoastal lot with 350 feet of seawall, North Ocean Boulevard is a 9,550 square-foot luxury compound with six bedrooms, six full baths, formal living and dining rooms, gourmet kitchen, great room, library, home gym, covered loggia, summer kitchen, 75-foot lap pool, tennis court and a six-car garage. A gabled portico entry leads to the core of the home, which was the only portion of the original home, while the living and private areas were all new construction. Coffered ceilings, Carrera marble and Jerusalem Gold limestone contribute a decided elegance throughout, while sweeping water views are appreciated from virtually all areas of the home. The light-filled living room features one of two original fireplaces in the home which were refurbished and converted to natural gas. The West hallway travels to the dining room, library and home office, opening up to the family room, chef’s kitchen and breakfast area. This great room portrays polished Brazilian cherry hardwood floors and 10-foot French doors. The East wing contains the guest bedrooms and master suite which features a marble spa bathroom with a vast dual-steamer walk-in shower and pedestal tub The estate boasts a 75-foot lap pool which runs parallel to the Intracoastal and a cabana with summer kitchen and fireplace. My client wanted a home office with plenty of desk space as well as storage for his vast collection of books. My installer Jimmy did an amazing job bringing my vision to life! By using Ruby Plank Melamine for the structure we were able to save my client some money without sacrificing on the overall look of his office. The drawer faces and moldings are all solid wood stained to match the Ruby Plank Maple Melamine. My client was already starting to put his books on the shelves before my installer was even finished loading his van! I love helping my clients get organized!
