Raised valance for a master bath in Lisle, Illinois home. The client desire was to create a valance with some sparkles. To stay within budget we use a beadazeler to add studes on the lower edges of the valance to create the sparkling effect!

Restored dining room including new plaster moldings, hand-built plaster ceiling medallion, custom bench-made mahogany dining table, antique host dining chairs, custom walnut china cabinet, custom silk drapery panels with matching valance, hand-woven aubusson rug.

Raised valance with sparkling studs applied to the lower edge.

These silk valances were originally hung on rod and rings. Had to be reworked and mounted to a board to fit windows in the new house.

The use of beadazzlers applied to the lower edges of the valance to have the sparling effect.

The Master Bedroom has a grand, canopy bed with carved walnut and silk fabric valance. There is a seating area with sofa upholstered with a "diamante" pattern fabric. Antique walnut nightstands flank wither side of the master bed. Mark Lohman Photography
