Tucked into the quaint neighborhood, the renovations of this one bedroom apartment was this designers dream! The beautifully patterned hardwood floors had been covered by carpet for over 30 yrs and the trim-less walls were in desperate need of some TLC.

This Amazing Home Sits in one of Colorado's most coveted Mountain Resorts. The Lighting and architecture work together to create a space that allows for indoor-outdoor living at its best. The firepit floats with hidden light while trimless square beveled downlights provide functional light from above. A well placed dark-sky light fixture lights the prep surface for the outdoor grill. Hidden lighting effects and deeply recessed architectural lights provide a glare free environment for the owners' enjoyment. Accent lighting was used in this traditional dining room to create drama. Soft focus lenses allow the accent lighting to softly spill onto the surrounding wall surfaces so as not to lose the vibrant colors. Accent lighting is also aimed at the dining table to remove the need for the chandelier to be the functional light for the table. UV and IR were both filtered out of the perimeter lights for preservation of these important works of art. The overall lighting composition creates a functional, glare-free dramatic space.
