This mirror was backlt all the way to the floor in order to graze the textured cut stone wall behind. This backlight creates a soft general light for anyone standing at the vanity. How did you backlight this mirror?
had the mirror held off the wall by a few inches and had a support structure behind that we could use to mount our low voltage strip light. It was a pretty cool detail that ran all the way to the floor.

this mirror! What kind of lighting is used behind it? How is it mounted? Thanks.
I had a plug added behind the mirror during the original construction, but you could easily extend an existing outlet to a location behind the mirror with a little drywall patching. The trick is to inset a 3-gang electrical box into the drywall to set the transformer for the LED lights
and the mirror will float too far above the drywall.
The mirror is any standard mirror from a glass supplier. The lighting is a SMD 5050 LED Lighting Strip with 150 lights per 5 meters. It can easily be purchased off Amazon. I used the RGB strip versus the plain white and can change the color by IR
of. The mirror is mounted to the wall using a box frame glued to the back of the mirror that screws into another smaller box frame mounted to the wall so the beams just overlap and can be screwed together from the side.

this mirror. Where can I get one?
About the mirror, no it is not enough light. It is for the visual effect. I typically add wall sconces to eliminate shadows on your face. The counter with integral ramped sink is cast concrete by Sonoma. The finish is terrific. This vanity is about 4'6" long, probably about 22" deep. Check out their

Don't like the light around the mirror - otherwise I like it all. Circle might be a bit much.
