Today we put down new weed block and mulch to the one side and we plan to do the same to the other and then also the little spot on the side of the garage. In front of the windows we plan to pull out the middle big shrub - we just feel it is taking over.

I need to replace a few missing shutters and paint the garage door. Possibly also replace the door knob and dead bolt and clean the siding in a few places.

Please share any advice and other ideas to really take our curb appeal up a notch without breaking the bank !!!!
