My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

    Hello,
    Sorry it took a while to respond...had to dig up the answer. The stone is called "Golden Quartz". It is a large format flagstone from a local quarry called Semco, located in Perryville, Missouri. Thanks for writing!

    Hi Studiopopp,

    The wood treads are Cherry wood. When we carefully cleared the site where the home was to be built, we harvested several Cherry Trees. The homeowner (a creative, industrious fellow who was interested in re-use of site materials) milled the cherry wood into the thick cut treads. They turned out great!
