What comes to the packages Chain? how long? crystals are individually packed for shipping? is it hard to install? thanks!

Hi. We include 18" of chain/wire with this item. Crystals are not shipped attached to the item; assembly is required.

One more thing. The crystals are not attached and its carefully pack with bubbles to prevent breakage. Sorry for asking because I will send this outside U.S. Is it safe to send abroad? I WILL APPRECIATE IF YOU CAN GIVE ME DETAILS ABOUT THE PACKING OF THIS CHANDELIER. I hope I'm not asking too much from you guys...Gerald
