This 40 yr old dining room set is seen in my basement for the past 10 yrs since we don't have a dining room in our present home. We are moving to a new house with a dining room and I don't know if I should get rid of this set or strip it and restain it or paint it. It's solid oak and was custom made for a spanish style home in the '70s. My new home will have grey stained, wide plank, oak flooring.
