My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

Ceiling heat and ceiling fan.

Are those infrared heaters? What brand? Are there two units? How many square feet do they heat? Love the ceiling fan too, who is the manufacturer? Thank you, it's a really neat porch room.

    Yes Lydaf, there are Infrared ceiling heaters, two of them on this project. We have been spec installing them in screened porches on many of our design's lately. The coverage is more than the square footage of this outdoor porch room (200sf) requires, but with a large 14' x8' opening at one side the second helps. The actual unit Mfg'r info is archived in this projects' file, but if you would like to discuss your needs further we are always open to a call to our office to discuss. Thanks!
