What method of wall mount does this use? Is there a specific weight capacity where this shelf tops out? Is it sturdy enough to hold the weight of a lot of books or is it more intended for a place to display decorative items?

Hello Timransom,

Suggested weight capacity is 20lbs per shelf, according to its manual. But personally i wouldnt even get close to that number since these are wall-mounted and more like a decorative pieces than heavy duty.

Thanks, that's helpful. Does it show what type of mount it uses? I know I can secure it to my wall very well using toggles, but that won't mean much if the attachment points on the shelf itself are flimsy.

To be honest, i haven't seen this models mounting myself. I do not want to mislead you but, we havent had any complains about it in sold pieces.
