how do I achieve cieling look?

The coffered ceiling in this house was incorporated in the design of the ceiling structure. The panels are made of leather and, as you can see, the light fixtures were also incorporated. If you're remodeling, a similar look may be achieved depending on the existing conditions of your house. If you're building new, your architect should be able to design a similar feature. This is the Haiku fan by Big Ass Fans - http://www.bigassfans.com/for-home/haiku/. It comes with different mounts (attachments to the ceiling), so this looks a bit different from the one pictured in the bedroom, but it's the same basic fan.
