My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

I have asked a question before regarding floor plans and got a response, but would it cost just for me to view the plans? I LOVE this house.

    Thank you for your inquiry. Regarding copies of our work, all of our houses, including the Maryland Farmhouse, are custom designed specifically to our clients program and wishes. Because of this, and out of respect for our clients, we do not typically publish floor plans. That said, we would be happy to share the floor plans for the Maryland Farmhouse with you as a jumping-off point for a preliminary design of your own custom home. We’re sure, based upon your personal needs and program, the plans would need to be modified to suit your custom design.

      David Watson Architects, I see above that you have offered to share these plans as a peek to use as a jumping off point. I would love to see them as well. How am I able to do so? To say this project is exquisite would be a vast understatement. Perfection for my taste.

      I would also love to see the plans as a jumping off. We are looking to start building in the next year and the exterior is exactly what we are looking for.

      I agree with branb5435. I have been looking through housplans for close to a year no to find "the one" and the exterior of this house is definitely "the one"! And my husband even agrees!
