My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

are these really railroad ties?

They look quite nice for railroad ties. Would love to know what they are...a special grade? Or were they sanded or treated to make them look lighter and a bit nicer? Thanks for any help!

    Hard to tell this far away, but they definitely look like reclaimed wood.
    Love the modern mixed with rustic, such a cool look.
