My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

Cooktop ventilation?

Where is the cooktop ventilation? TV placement seems odd vs. couch orientation. Stair steel ropes look chic, like a sheet of rain.

    The client opted for no mechanical ventilation. They had the option to put a downdraft range but selected another range. By code they were fine with the operable windows at the end of the countertop.
