Tile the floor in gray wood grain tile. Install a curved shower curtain rod at the height of the of the shower insert. Put up a bold geometric print shower curtain with a liner so that the curtain can be drawn back to the toilet side of the shower (unless the shower needs to remain hidden. Can't see the light fixture but a new light fixture can make a big difference.
