My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

Separation on Wall Art

We also have 3 separate enlarged photographs on a focal wall. Are they each surrounded by the molding or encompassed in one large one? Must we install a chair rail below that as well. We do not intend to install molding on surrounding walls as there are large windows on one and fire place on the other adjoining wall?
