Materials and approx cost

Hi, this is similar to what I want to build in backyard, simple but elegant and able to sit "outside" all year long by adding a fan and a corner fireplace. I wondered what the cost was for this and the type of material chosen on walls and roof?

The budget was quite affordable, all the buildings we design are not only for the most exclusive tastes. The walls are Douglas fir and plywood, both exterior grade. The roof is a wood structure with a basic waterproofing membrane. Feel free to contact us to inquire further.
