Hi, Jenny. We would not be building for at least a year. We are in the info gathering stage. We love this home. We would make a few changes such as combine the garage shop area with the utility room to make a mudroom/laundry room. We also want to enlarge the Master and dining area and would like a wet bar in the plans . Is this something you would do as well or is it best to have hime designers make thosemodifications. m
