My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

    The awning was made by a custom metalsmith out of Las Vegas. I can get you his number if you'd like more information. He can do just about anything…and he has done just about everything…including work for the most extravagant Las Vegas casinos, Louis Vuitton, Prada, etc. His fees are very reasonable.
