My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

    This is Benjamin Moore HC-93 Carrington beige. I love this color so much I painted my personal house and office with it.

      I think the wood stain is Minwax red Mahogany and the pickets are a gloss black. The wood is a select white oak.

      We got those spindles from our local building supply house, I am sure that your local supply houses should have a myriad of distributors with varying styles.

      I have to right a great wrong ...... I gave out the wrong wall color .... YIKES !!
      The correct color is HC-31 Waterbury Cream from Benjamin Moore. I 'm really sorry for the inconvenience.
