My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

    Unfortunately it was a custom piece designed and fitted for that specific space several years ago. It had special lighting and electrical outlets and it was built around 2 queen size adjustable tempurpedic mattresses... Great design, clients LOVE it.

    I think if you remove "old married" from the description, or replace it with "adventurous", you will get a lot more interest in this item.
