Hi there. The glass in this kitchen is tinted bronze, so it reads a little darker than the picture would lead you to believe. Yes, the reflective quality of the glass is still there, but I think this particular photograph actually makes it look more intense than it is in person. This kitchen is a true "entertaining kitchen". It's a vacation home and we wanted to get that WOW factor. In an everyday kitchen, I might suggest leaving the glass off of the base cabinets and just using this technique on the upper cabinetry.
