I live on the beach in a 1925 yr old Spanish style home. The existing fireplace, that I painted all white until I came up with a plan. The mantle still needs to be stained. But the facade is so drab. I have gas and will be purchasing log set. I'm in process of redoing room awaiting furniture. Please see attached photos and please help with ideas for me to make the family room an eclectic warm fun bright place to lounge.
