My husband and I recently bought a 1919 Craftsman and we have decorated with a transitional style. The house was bought by investors and flipped to us. They redid the kitchen and painted everything gray. The countertops are gray quartz, and there's an industrial cement feel to the kitchen floor, although it's (unsealed) tile.

On the wall are two paint samples from BM that we're considering. We're leaning towards the camel. The goal is to lighten it up or make the kitchen feel warmer and like it actually belongs in a Craftsman.

What would you do to improve on this kitchen? We're not ripping out cabinets or countertops -- we're mostly looking for cosmetic changes. I'm on the fence about doing the floor now. I'm also thinking about tiling the backsplashes. But mostly, what fixtures and color would you do in here now, given the cabinets?
