My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

Light fixture?

Fell in love with the black light fixture in the picture below but I have 4 pot lights in this room already. There is however, a cap in the centre of the room that I could add one easily if I wish. The light is large - 24 inches in diameter.
