My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

    Those floors are very pretty. They look handscraped to me. The stain is darker, like a coffee or Walnut stain. Previous notes mention it is prefinished and engineered. I hope this helps you.

      BEAUTIFUL! (♡‿♡) love everything about it - especially the dark wood floor tied in to (minimalist) brown accent in granite - against white paint and the brick backsplash. Just enough color with lots of white to make the space seem light and airy, tho it probably already was!
