Hi Meghan! We are planning on starting summer of 2016. We have to go through having the septic designed, (UGH!!!) We bought 2 lots in LitchfieldCC on . My Mom has a home in Pawley's too. We are still trying to decide on a house design, and we have only talked to 1 builder so far. We are from Pa, and things are done much differently in the north!! I hope you got a good price and quality work!!! Where are you building? Good Luck!!!! :)

We are building a new home now in DeBordieu Colony near Pawleys. We are using BEC Construction and are very pleased.

Would love to see this plan.. We are building soon on our lot in DeBordieu.
