My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

    Pottery Barn's Sabine Spindle Chair is sold out right now, but at $899/chair, about half of what you pay at Horchow or Neiman, albeit with fewer upholstery options. Hopefully it is restocked.

    Birch Lane has one for 899 also. They have free shipping also. Got a sofa there and very pleased.
