My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

Can the 36" doors be ordered without the hole for cylindrical locksets? We would like to use a mortise lock.

    Yes, but I would have to order it that way from the factory. All my current inventory is bored out. The lead time on that would be about 8 weeks. Are you thinking about using Baldwin Hardware or another manufacturer?

    Exactly, I would be using a Baldwin Classic mortise entry set. When I am ready, I will order 8-10 weeks early to meet your lead time. Thanks,

    seriously interested but have same concerns as above. i live on indian river in florida.humidity. will this door warp? and does price include shipping?

    The door is built with engineered stiles and rails and is done so to prevent warping. It is guaranteed not to warp. Yes, the price includes crating and shipping. Delivery is generally 7-10 days from the time of order.
