We live in a small house in town and have to work within the confines of our small lot. The only place to have our bulkhead happens to be right under the Only spot we can put a door to access the backyard. Has anyone had any experience building a deck over a bulkhead, maintaining the ability to access the bulkhead when needed? Are there bulkheads that have different configurations or even less of a grade?
